Today Skye and I decorated the Chrissy tree.
It looks very spangely LOL I was pretty annoyed that when I pulled the balls out of the boxes, they didn't come with thread to hang them. Luckily I had some gold thread in the sewing room, but it took over an hour to thread them into all of the decos.
We were both covered in gold glitter by the end of it.
I think it turned out pretty snazzy :0)

I think that's what we're doing today. I've been putting it off but the kids want to do it NOW! Lol.So I better track down the tinsel.
Yeh I could do without, but the kids start asking to put it up in July already ROFL
My husband is doing the Griswalds today and hanging lights outside.
We've never done it before, but the kids ask every year.

You're right, snazzy tree indeed! My kids're pestering for the tree, i, as usual, am doing my best scrooge impression! Bah Humbug!!!
Lovely! Ours although finally down from the roof and erected has been sitting bare for two days as I am a slack mama and have not threaded the lights so the poor child can decorate it. Perhaps I should get to it!
