Our Garden

I've never shown off my garden before, so while I was taking pics of the hedge that Jon just trimmed with the new trimmer for Christmas, I thought I'd take some extra's.
Some of our plants a quite unusual and are great weed hiders.
I have no idea what they are called either.

I also took a shot of a tomatoe plant which seems to be getting huge but not giving me any tomatoes dammit. There's alot of yellow flowers so hopefully that's a sign something may happen soon.

Oh and "something" flowered today haha It looks like some type of lily? I have no idea.
It's the orange one.

So if anyone knows the names of any of these plants please tell me what they are!!!

Your garden looks lovely! Sorry, no help on the plant name front, the only green thing on me is my eyes! It's funny looking at your garden in full bloom when over here everything is glistening beautifully under the heavy frost we had last night. Not as colourful as your garden maybe but beautiful none the less. (And bloody freezing too!)
Hope you all had a lovely xmas and the kiddiwinkies enjoyed their day xXX

The lily is a calla lily. The white ones are the most common, but there are a few other colours around that are really lovely. Don't worry if it dies back completely, ours do that every year, then come back stronger than ever the next year.

The one above it looks like some kind of protea. The others might be hebe's - they look a bit like a plant I have which a neighbour recently identified as a hebe for me.

Thanks Toria!!!
I haven't heard of a hebe before.
I can now look up the origin of these plants now that I have names for them.
You were very helpful
Thanks again.
